Bi-weekly $325 (2 visits per month)

We provide bi-weekly visits to your property.

Monthly $175 (1 visit per month)

We provide monthly visits to your property.

Vacation package $120

*We will check on your home one time while you are gone for the week. (+$50 for 2 checks)
*Retrieve mail/packages while on site
*Water plants (max 5)
- add on $5 for each extra plant
*We can take your trash can to curb or retrieve.

Key-Holder Service $75

We will safely store your keys and assist with allowing entry into your home for repair men, inspections, etc.
